Barrel Filling Machine is the core equipment specially supplied to the barreled production line for 5 gallons barreled drinking water. It is the ideal equipment for the production of the mineral water, the distilled water and the pure water. Using the high quality stainless steel to manufacture, anti-corrosive, easy to clean. The main electrical element uses the import products. The inside and the outer nozzle used to wash the barrel uses the unique technical equipment of the import from American Spray Company. This equipment structure is compact, working with a high efficiency also stable and reliable, movement is keen and correct, the automatic level is high, is the full-automatic barreled production equipment of an integrated (machine, electricity and gas). The rinsing process includes 14 passes of procedures: 1: Pre-rinsing (15 seconds inside and outside); 2: Dropping water; 3 to 8 rinsing with hot detergent (90 seconds); 9: Dropping water; 10: Rinsing with treated water; 12 to 13: Ozonated water (30 seconds); 14 Dropping water.
